Northern Ireland locations of all waste carriers granted by Northern Ireland Environment Agency (DOE) under the Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulation (Northern Ireland) 1999 as ammended derived from the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 as ammended which implemented the revised Waste Framework Directive 2008/98/EC.
