The Resource Management system holds the following information on current staff and former employees for the purposes of general and human resources management. These records include: Personal contact details, Payroll records, Diversity information, Sickness and other absence history, Learning & development activity, Educational/professional qualifications, Appraisal records. The dataset includes personal and sensitive data under the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
