River flow data measured every 15 minutes at the Hore at Hore site. The data spans from 1973 to 2008. The units are m3/s. The station is registered within the National River Flow Archive as 54092. The gauge is a rectangular side contracted critical depth flume. The highest fringes of the catchment are peat moorland. The remaining 78 % of the catchment had coniferous forest until 1985 when the lower two thirds were felled however, replanting has taken place since then. The catchment has very steep slopes and a high annual rainfall (approximately 2600mm). The geology is Palaeozoic grits, shales and mudstones.
