River flow data measured every 15 minutes at the Tanllwyth at Tanllwyth site. The data spans from 1973 to 2008. The units are m3/s. The station is registered within the National River Flow Archive as 54090. The gauge is a rectangular side contracted critical depth flume. The catchment is a headwater tributary of the River Severn and has an area of 0.9 km2. The catchment is covered with mature coniferous forest and has The catchment steep slopes and a high annual rainfall (approximately 2500mm). The geology is Silurian shales and grits.
